Smart Hotel Mandalay, Mandalay

My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and equipped with essential amenities like aircon, WiFi, TV, and a safety box, but they were a bit on the smaller side, making it challenging to move around comfortably. The service was friendly and helpful, although there seemed to be some difficulty at times. The location was a major plus, being close to the old Royal Palace and offering free bicycles for exploring. The dining experience had a good variety but lacked certain meat options. Overall, a decent option considering the value for money.

The service provided by Mr Nyunt was excellent and extraordinarily friendly, making all our wishes come true. The location is outstanding in Myanmar, near everything and just a 5-minute walk to the old Royal Palace. The dining experience was much better than expected, with a variety of Asian and European options, and the sky bar offered lovely panoramic views. Italian grilled meat was a highlight. The hotel facilities were also great.
